При добыче золота на территории Тындинского муниципального округа недропользователь ООО "Дальголд" сбрасывало загрязненную взвешенными веществами техническую воду в реку Цыганка. Причиненный водному объекту ущерб превысил 2,3 млн рублей.
Нарушения в ходе проверки исполнения законодательства об охране окружающей среды выявила Тындинская прокуратура. Надзорное ведомство обратилось в суд с иском о взыскании ущерба.
Ингодинский районный суд Читы Забайкальского края требования прокурора удовлетворил. Решение суда еще не вступило в законную силу.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
