Застройщик собрал с людей деньги под выгодное строительство и испарился. Спустя много лет достроить комплекс было поручено подрядчику АО «Мосотделстрой 1» за бюджетный счет. Он достроил, деньги государственные освоил, а теперь хочет забрать и квартиры!! Их просто не отдают собственникам, они вынуждены обращаться в суд, а это еще годы иногда.
Люди просят огласки, чтоб достучаться до московских властей, которые должны унять, наконец, хищнические аппетиты своего подрядчика.
