В его строительстве собиралась принять участие компания Vesper, но в итоге она из проекта вышла. Комплекс два года фактически стоял, и только после прихода нового гендиректора Ивана Виноградова (экс-топ «Самолета») дело сдвинулось с мертвой точки. А так поздравляю всех причастных 🍾.
