Наши занятия в секции плавания для ребят, проживающих в интернате, продолжаются!
Интересно, что первое занятие после каникул прошло как раз в Крещение.

Плавание - это ещё мощное антистрессовое лекарство. Дело в том, что мы на 80 процентов состоим из воды, поэтому нам комфортно в этой среде, и мы получаем от плавания огромное удовольствие.
