В ходе антикоррупционного мониторинга установлен факт неиспользования крупного земельного участка сельскохозяйственного назначения.
Так, решением акимата Сарысуского района от 18 июля 2006 года ТОО «БН Экотехнология» передано во временное пользование сроком на 49лет60 000 га пастбищных угодий, что составляет 10,2% от всех пастбищных угодий района. Однако регистрация поголовья скота по сегодняшний день ТОО «БН Экотехнология» не проводилась, следовательно, пастбищные угодья не использовались по целевому назначению.
В связи с чем, на основании письма Департамента акиму Жамбылской области от 28 июля текущего года о принятии мер по принудительному изъятию земель у землепользователя, 19 августа текущего года акиматом Сарысуского района государству возвращено 60 000 га земли.
Отмечается, что кадастровая оценочная стоимость участка составляет 336,0 млн тенге.
