С 18 по 24 ноября 2024 года в Иркутске и Иркутском районе произошло 16 дорожно-транспортных происшествий, в которых травмы получили 19 взрослых и 4 детей.

Всего было зафиксировано:

🔹8 столкновений транспортных средств;
🔹 1 наезд на препятствие;
🔹 1 съезд с дороги;
🔹6 наездов на пешеходов.

Всего за минувшую неделю произошло:
♦️233 автоаварии;
♦️442 транспортных средства повреждено.

❗️ Госавтоинспекция Иркутска призывает всех участников дорожного движения неукоснительно соблюдать действующие ПДД, автомобилистам соблюдать скоростной режим и безопасную дистанцию, учитывая интенсивность транспортного потока и погодные условия.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
