Важную роль в изучении и освоении Северного Ледовитого океана, его течений и климата, расположенных в его акватории островов, ледяных полей и прилегающих полярных территорий сыграли Высокоширотные воздушные экспедиции (ВВЭ) «Север», проводившиеся в 1948−1993 годах.
За почти полувековой период было осуществлено 45 таких экспедиций, организована работа во льдах 30 дрейфующих полярных станций «Северный полюс». Движущей силой и основой ВВЭ, конечно, была авиация. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
