Нашему доверителю важно было провести границы и договорится до правил взаимодействия, в том числе финансового в вопросах его ребенка и бывшей супруги.
Большое спасибо всем участникам процесса, в том числе и противной стороне. Вчера на судебном заседании нами было представлено мировое соглашение, которое удовлетворило все стороны процесса и было принято судьей.
Дочка будет жить с матерью. Размер алиментов будет выплачиваться в твердой денежной сумме.
