В суде мужчина признал, что не владел достоверной информацией о владельце дома и опубликовал видео без подтвержденных данных. Потерпевший – главный имам – потребовал наказания за распространение ложных сведений, порочащих его честь и подрывающих репутацию.
Суд признал автора видео виновным по статье 73-3 КоАП (клевета) и назначил штраф в 180 МРП.
