Быть руководителем проектов это очень сложно:
1) на тебе целая команда и тебе важно всегда мотивировать их, контролировать и улучшать их компетентность Команда = это визитная карточка любого руководителя
2) на тебе все технические моменты Это и обратная связь и все штуки с оплатами/рассрочками/налогами , много много всего
3) на тебе вся методическая работа Потому что так или иначе (даже если есть методисты) их работа проверяется мною лично всегда
И самое главное И очень важное для меня
