Следственным отделом по Калининскому району ГСУ СК России по городу Санкт-Петербургу возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 1 ст. 105 УК РФ (убийство), по факту обнаружения тела мужчины с признаками насильственной смерти.
По данным следствия, 20 января злоумышленник, находясь в состоянии опьянения в квартире дома на улице Карпинского, нанес своему знакомому множественные удары осколком зеркала в область шеи. От полученных повреждений мужчина скончался на месте происшествия.
Фигуранту предъявлено обвинение. Следствие планирует ходатайствовать перед судом об избрании ему меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
