Председатель Следственного комитета Александр Бастрыкин предложил запретить продавать алкоголь людям младше 21 года, а также снизить возраст уголовной ответственности за сбыт наркотиков до 14 лет. Предложение было сделано на коллегии СК.
Запрет должен коснуться любого алкоголя, в том числе «слабоалкогольной и пивоваренной» продукции, уточнил Бастрыкин.
