Власти Финляндии намерены облегчить изъятие недвижимости у граждан России. Это решение обдумывают в правительстве в связи со сложностью оплаты россиянами платежей. Об этом сообщил телеканал YLE.
По словам министра юстиции Леены Мери, из-за ужесточения въезда граждан России в Финляндию и частично закрытых их счетов в финских банках остаются неоплаченными многие счета по недвижимости. Также сложно конфисковать недвижимость в счёт погашения долга.
Как отметила министр, необходимо принять юридические меры, чтобы можно было оказывать услуги собственникам жилья в электронном виде. Так, уже есть такой закон, в частности, который допускает публиковать в газете предупреждение о грозящей конфискации недвижимости.
