زنده‌یاد جلال متینی از کارگزاران نیک‌پندار، راست‌‌گفتار و درست‌کردار ایران بود که مهر میهن در زندگیش موج می‌زد. او، چه در ایران و چه در تبعید، دانش و بینش عمیقش در ایران‌شناسی، تاریخ و ادبیات فارسی را در خدمت آرمان‌های ملی به کار گرفت. وی به دور از تنزه‌طلبی، باورهای ایران‌گرایانه خود را با صراحت بیان می‌کرد و به همین دلیل نیز پس از فاجعه۵۷ از دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد، که خانه دومش بود، اخراج شد. انتشار دو مجله «ایران‌نامه» و «ایران‌شناسی» در خارج از کشور، بازتابی از دغدغه‌های ارزشمند اوست. یادش را گرامی می‌دارم و آرزومند تداوم راه راستین او در خدمت به ایران هستم.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
