Думаю, что будут разыгрывать карту - возврат захваченных украинским режимом территорий Курской и Белгородской областей, в обмен на то, чтобы Россия отказалась от претензий на территории Херсонской и Запорожской областей в их административных границах. То есть, чтобы Россия согласилась на закрепление территорий по линии ЛБС на момент завершения переговоров.
Как вариант, чтобы "подсластить" переговоры, ВСУ мягко сдадут территории до линий административных границ ЛДНР.
Я не вижу других вариантов, чтобы даже просто добиться того, чтобы Россия явилась на переговоры, не говоря уже о том, чтобы договориться.
