По данным фактам региональными следственными органами СК России организованы процессуальные проверки по ст. 293 УК РФ (халатность).
Председатель Следственного комитета поручил и.о. руководителя СУ СК России по Калининградской области Канонерову Д.Г. и и.о. руководителя СУ по Брянской области Старову С.А. возбудить уголовные дела и доложить об установленных обстоятельствах и результатах расследования.
Исполнение поручений поставлено на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.
