USD 130,000) в интересах среднего класса и снизить ставку до 5%. Было решено не включать в налоговую базу выплаты за выслугу лет и при прекращении трудового договора.
Было также предложено отложить принятие закона, но если он будет введен, минимальный налогооблагаемый доход должен быть повышен, а также должны быть учтены другие рекомендации. Как ранее заявил министр финансов, подоходный налог не будет взиматься, пока не будут созданы все условия для его применения.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
