"В случае если одна из договаривающихся сторон подвергнется агрессии, другая договаривающаяся сторона не должна оказывать никакой военной или иной помощи агрессору, способствующей продолжению агрессии, и будет содействовать тому, чтобы возникшие разногласия были урегулированы на основе Устава Организации Объединенных Наций и других применимых норм международного права", — говорится в документе.
