Всё больше сообщений о неизбирательных и массовых арестах в Сирии, к протестующим шиитам, алавитам и христианам начинают присоединяться сунниты, требуя отправки иностранных боевиков из страны. По сложившемуся в Сирии мнению, иностранные боевики ХТШ не слушают указания центральной власти и занимаются грабежами, насилием и убийствами.
