Нетрудно заметить, что соавторами почти всех этих публикаций являются Алексей Валентинович и Сергей Валентинович Трухановы, которые помимо белорусских имеют и российские аффилиации. Я не знаю, кто был рецензентом, но похоже, что здесь мы имеем дело с практикой недобросовестной «накрутки» цитирований, что противоречит нормам научной этики. А китайские коллеги молодцы – с такой практикой можно бороться только широкой оглаской.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
