Генпрокуратура попросила изъять незаконно нажитые активы у бывших топ-менеджеров «Газпрома» Кирилла Селезнева и Алексея Митюшова.
Если кратко, то речь про следующие активы:
ООО «Севинвест» ООО «Корпоративный центр» ООО «Ферроцинк» АО «Бизнеслогика» ООО «М Индустрия» АО «Бонолит —строительные решения» АО «Дмитровский завод газобетонных изделий» АО «Салаватнефтемаш» АО «Салаватнефтехимремстрой» ООО «Нефтехимремстрой» ООО «Ремонтно-механический завод» ООО «Техцентр» ООО «Салаватский катализаторный завод» ОАО «Подземнефтегаз» ООО «РемЭнергоМонтаж» ООО «УК «Меркури Кэпитал Траст»
Как будто это очередной сигнал, и для всех нечестных мажоритарных акционеров, кто нещадно размывал (и присваивал себе чужие активы) и размывает в настоящее время миноритарного акционера продавая себе акции со скидкой в 99% – не надо так делать!
