Сегодня Президент РФ подписал Указ № 520 «О применении специальных экономических мер в финансовой и топливно-энергетической сферах в связи с недружественными действиями некоторых иностранных государств и международных организаций» («Указ 520»).
Указ ограничивает распоряжение лицами из недружественных государств (определены в Указе Президента №81 от 1 марта 2022 г.) принадлежащими им акциями / долями определенных российских производственных и сервисных компаний и недропользователей и принадлежащими им на основании соглашений о разделе продукции, договоров о совместной деятельности или иных договоров, на основании которых реализуются инвестиционные проекты на территории РФ, долями участия, правами и обязанностями.
Новые ограничения действуют до 31 декабря 2022 года, но этот срок может неоднократно продлеваться по решению Президента.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
