Обвинение предъявлено двум 17-летним студентам колледжа и 16-летнему студенту политехникума. Их обвиняют в подготовке теракта, незаконном изготовлении и ношении взрывчатых веществ. Двоих несовершеннолетних обвиняют в теракте за поджог автомобиля полиции.
