Вчера Госдума отказалась поддерживать наше протокольное поручение, направленное на получение от Правительства РФ информации об основаниях для фактического введения в РФ социальных нормативов потребления электроэнергии.
Пока резкий рост платы за электроэнергию ощутили на себе граждане, у которых дома отапливаются электрокотлами (социальный тариф действует только до 3900 кВт).
Но «аппетит приходит во время еды»! Несмотря на отклоненное поручение рассмотрение вопроса на уровне профильного комитета все же состоится.

Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
