С 1 января 2025 года плата за квадратный метр жилья может увеличиться с 10,30 до 13,17 рубля, что на 2,87 рубля больше. В пояснительной записке говорится, что это связано с увеличением стоимости работ по ремонту. Предполагается, что увеличение составит 27,9% к действующему уровню.
В фонде капремонта Курганской области отказались комментировать возможное повышение тарифа без запроса. Редакция направила его, ответ ожидается.
