13 мая ⚖️ Арбитражный суд города Москвы в полном объеме удовлетворил иск 🇷🇺 физического лица – индивидуального предпринимателя Элиды Хасановой к 🇧🇪Euroclear Bank SA/NV.
Сумма взыскания по данному делу составила 💲17,8 тысяч.
Напомним, 4 июля 2023 ⚖️ Арбитражный суд города Москвы принял к производству исковое заявление Элиды Хасановой. Это было первое обращение физического лица в 🇷🇺 арбитражный суд против 🇧🇪Euroclear Bank SA/NV.
19 апреля 2024 суд выделил в отдельное производство требования в части взыскания вреда, в размере💲2691 по невыплаченным купонам, обязательства по выплате которых возникли с 1 февраля 2022 по 9 сентября 2023.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
