В декабре в Национальном исследовательском совете (CNR) Италии прошла конференция «Авторское право в перспективе открытой науки и укрепления культурного наследия». Мероприятие объединило экспертов и политиков для изучения связи между открытой наукой и культурным наследием.

In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
