Жители пишут в чате "Нет беспределу на Соколе" в ВотсАп, что "особняк" в Мемориальном парке Героев Первой Мировой войны (он же ОКН "Братское кладбище") подешевел на 5 миллионов рублей.

Ранее наш канал писал, что его продали (https://www.group-telegram.com/vn/livesokol.com/10732), ан нет - опять появился на Авито.

Этажность у "особняка" подросла с 1 до 3 этажей. По прежнему покупателей зазывают бесплатной парковкой, которую здесь в прошлом году отменил Дептранс Москвы вкупе с местными депутатами. Очень интересно, каким образом можно расширить земельный участок? Влезть на территорию Мемориально- паркового комплекса Героев Первой Мировой войны и сестер милосердия?!!

В общем, вопросов больше, чем ответов.

И, конечно, помним, что здание 1970 года постройки - кафе "Комета" было снесено в начале 2000-х годов.
