Свекровь моя - святая турецкая женщина. Вчера приготовила нам «по-быстрому» макароны: сначала замочила шпинат в тазу с содой, потом промыла его в 3 5 4 водах. Усадила свёкра чистить шампиньоны (тут я впервые в жизни узнала, что шампиньоны оказывается чистятся😆), сама в это время сделала соус бешамель с нуля, отварила макароны, залила их соусом, поставила в духовку запекаться с соусом и сыром. Потом порезала шпинат и шампиньоны, сделала овощное соте к макаронам. Подала с овощным салатом и чечевичным супом.

В это время, моя версия макарон по-быстрому: сварить макароны, посыпать сыром, подать с огурцом (витамины и клетчатка). Всё😬

А вы какая команда?
