Думала, фигня вопрос, и поставила таймер на 10 минут. Какого было моё удивление, что я еле до прыгала 2 минуты и те с передышками. Пульс под 150, язык на плечо, ну и перхоть древняя… короче расстроилась, пошла жаловаться в наш семейный чат.
И вот она сила семьи, муж с сестрой меня поддержали, предложили вместе прыгать и делиться прогрессом. И вообще, это оказывается не так то просто, зато очень эффективно.
А есть тут кто регулярно прыгает на скакалке? Знайте, вы молодцы!
