Быстрее всего средние арендные ставки в Москве растут в Южном административном округе (ЮАО). За третий квартал показатель поднялся на 29% - с 64,7 тыс. рублей до 83,6 тыс. рублей, сообщили аналитики Regions Development.
🔺На втором месте Северный административный округ (САО), где за три месяца ставки повысились на 23% – с 84,9 тыс. до 110,0 тыс. рублей.
🔺Третью позицию по темпам роста стоимости занимают Восточный административный округ (ВАО), где средние ставки выросли – с 63,5 тыс. до 77,7 тыс. рублей, и Северо-Западный административный округ (СЗАО), в котором произошло повышение с 95,9 тыс. до 117,1 тыс. рублей. В обоих округах арендные ставки выросли на 22%.
