В прошлом году нам уже обещали, что в 2024-м начнется выпуск литографов с топологией 350 нм, а в 2026 году - с топологий 130 нм. В начале июля Денис Мантуров сообщил, что оборудование для производства чипов с топологией 350 нм уже готово, но пока только проходит испытания. Когда оно доберется до производства - сказать сложно.
