У нас выполнена проходка тоннелей; построены станции, пока без отделки. Это было главной задачей — завершить достройку наследия 90х. Объект никогда не был брошен: его перестали строить, но поддерживали в эксплуатационном состоянии.
Планируется построить 7 км сетей, которые объединят четыре станции. Метротрамвай скоро сможет курсировать в центре города. Также маршрут будет пролегать от ЖД вокзала до Каслинской, где вагон на выходе из тоннеля впишется в единую трамвайную сеть.
