Суд Республики Башкортостан вынес приговор заведующему хирургическим отделением местной больницы по ч. 3 ст. 272 УК РФ – «Неправомерный доступ к компьютерной информации», ч.2 ст.137 УК РФ – «Нарушение неприкосновенности частной жизни».
В ноябре 2024 года мужчина по просьбе своего знакомого выгрузил из программы результаты медицинского осмотра пациентки, затем сфотографировал данные и отправил в мессенджере.
Врач признал вину. Суд назначил ему наказание в виде ограничения свободы на срок 10 месяцев со штрафом в размере 100 тысяч рублей с конфискацией мобильного телефона.
