Тезис касается о наличии секретной договоренности о том, что оружие "Хизбаллы" будет передано Ирану.
Это встречается в разных вариациях и про наличие американо-иранской договоренности и без этого. И в вариации, что передача касается только стратегических ракет.
Невозможно это подтвердить или опровергнуть. Слухи это или утечки. Но интересно.
