Награды принадлежали Пташкину Николаю Андреевичу: был призван на фронт осенью 1943 года, воевал с нацистской нечистью – теперь в его дом снова пришли нацисты.
Очевидно, украинский военный хотел эти награды продать коллекционерам и заработать, но в итоге остался гнить на Курской земле.

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
