Загальна сума коштів, наданих Європейським союзом за програмою — 16,2 млрд євро (або 17,3 млрд доларів США), підрахували у Міністерстві фінансів України.
Загалом Україна отримала допомогу від 11 партнерів у розмірі понад $41 млрд. Серед найбільших надходжень, зокрема:

Перший заступник Міністра економіки України Олексій Соболев зазначив, що завдяки міжнародній підтримці нам вдалося залучити кошти на фінансування соціально-гуманітарних потреб країни, а усі внутрішні фінансові ресурси спрямувати на забезпечення сектора безпеки та оборони.
