🏗Строители обустраивают фундамент под новый жилой комплекс в Луганске

Жилой комплекс «Дружба» будет располагаться по адресу: г. Луганск, между улицами Павла Сороки и Братьев Палкиных. Десятиэтажное здание на 6 секций общей площадью 21592,83 м кв., жилая площадь составляет 14978,64 м кв. на 264 квартиры, что позволит обеспечить жильем порядка 660 человек.

На текущий момент завершены работы по разработке котлована, и ведется активное строительство фундамента, в частности, продолжаются работы по возведению монолитной плиты четвертой секции.

Жилой комплекс планируется завершить к концу 2025 года.
