У людей кредиты и другие обязательства, которые они должны оплачивать в срок, поэтому и зарплату должны получать в установленные законом сроки.
Напомню: за невыплату заработной платы привлекают к уголовной ответственности по ст.145.1 УК РФ.
Направил обращение прокурору Карелии Дмитрию Харченкову, а также прокурору Лоухского района с просьбой провести проверку и принять меры прокурорского реагирования.
