🔎Сегодня вместе с коллегами из Администрации Ленского бассейна расскажем вам об уникальном способе ремонта судов, который используют на севере – выморозке.
⛴️Сейчас в Ленском бассейне, как и по всей стране, готовятся к навигации и ремонтируют флот. Всего планируют отремонтировать более 140 судов.
⚓️Флот ремонтируют на слипе, на берегу, но большую часть – 108 судов – ремонтируют путём выморозки.
⚡️Этозанятие не из лёгких. На выморозку одного судна у специалистов, которых называют выморозчиками, уходит порядка 2 месяцев.
🧊Лёд снимается слой за слоем таким образом, что во льду образуется углубление – майна. Её глубина может достигать до 3 метров.
⚒️Задача выморозчиков — освободить ото льда проблемные места корпуса и движительно-рулевого комплекса для последующего ремонта.
🪚Основные рабочие инструменты – кайло, лопата, метла и бензопила. Более «современная» техника просто не выдерживает суровые морозы.
