🕯19 января 2009 года в Москве у станции "Кропоткинская" нео-нацистами были убиты адвокат, левый общественный активист Станислав Маркелов вместе с анархисткой и журналисткой Анастасией Бабуровой.
Их обоих приследовали нео-нацисткие группы за их антифашистскую деятельность. Маркелов всячески помогал антифашистам в судебных делах добиться справедливости, а Бабурова освящала нео-нацисткое преступления в СМИ.

Это событие вызвало большой общественный резонанс как в народе, так и среди антифашистов. С тех пор 19 января – главная дата для деятелей антифашистского движения, ведь сегодня этот день стал днём памяти всех антифашистов, погибших от рук нео-нацистов.

Сегодня существует Комитет 19 января, что устраивает и анонсирует акции памяти во многих городах мира.

Помнить - значит бороться!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
