В Анкаре 29 января состоялась вторая трехсторонняя встреча министров иностранных дел, экономики, торговли и транспорта Узбекистана, Азербайджана и Турции. По ее итогам обнародована совместная Анкарская декларация. В документе подтверждается твердая поддержка странами суверенитета, территориальной целостности и нерушимости границ друг друга. В декларации признается возрастающая важность совместных проектов в области торговли, инвестиций, промышленности, энергетики, транспорта и логистики, цифровизации и связи. Подтверждена важность Среднего коридора, проходящего через границы трех стран, и подчеркнута роль этого коридора в повышении их транзитного потенциала.

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
