ЦОДД впервые изменил схему движения на эстакаде с одностороннего на двустороннее при помощи переразметки. Раньше поток там был около 100-300 автомобилей в час. Максим Ликсутов объяснил, что ширина проезжей части в 10 м позволила сделать так, чтобы безопасно и комфортно машины могли двигаться в обе стороны.
Пользоваться новым маршрутом можно будет после окончания работ по установке знаков и подключению светофоров.

He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source." Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
