Столичные власти, похоже, тоже "в тренде" и решили притормозить реализацию программы реновации. Видимо, чиновники и их подрядчики прекрасно понимают, что в условиях частичной мобилизации им не хватит ни строителей, ни материалов, ни платежеспособного спроса. Но, странно видеть, когда на 2 года сдвигаются сроки по уже запущенным проектам.

Вот, например, две фотографии, сделанные на Гаражной ул. вл. 3 с промежутком всего в один месяц.

Только в конце августа срок реализации был - 4 квартал 2022 г. А уже в сентябре его подвинули на пару лет - до 1 квартала 2024 г.

Не ясно, то ли столица резко обеднела, то ли подрядчик решил растянуть удовольствие с целью дать себе возможность сэкономить на смете. Или в доме довольно большая часть квартир на продажу и в условиях текущего спроса быстро от них избавиться ну никак не удастся.
