250 гр куриного филе 1 картофелина (маленькая) Кусочек хлеба 1 яйцо Специи (у меня соль, паприка)
Готовим 👩🏼🍳 ❤️Филе измельчить в блендере ❤️Картофель натереть на мелкой тёрке ❤️Хлебушек замочить в воде ❤️Желток отделить от белков ❤️Смешать филе измельченное, картофель натертый, хлеб, специи и желток ❤️Белок взбить до пиков ❤️Замешать белок к основной массе, максимально не нарушая его структуру ❤️Формочки для запекания наполнить нашим фаршем (силиконовые формочки можно не смазывать) ❤️Запекать на 180-190 градусов 25-30 минут в зависимости от размера формы
Дать остать, подаем с любым гарниром и овощным салатиком ☺️
