Напоминаем, что в апреле прошлого года после прецедента с обустройством балкона, а позже лифта, Платформа начала проводить работу по присвоению «Сосруко» статуса ОКН.
Знаковые места и подобные архитектурные объекты становятся своего рода брендом города. За оригинальность архитектурной концепции данный объект не раз удостаивался премий и наград. В период развития курорта Нальчик «Сосруко» изображали на открытках, почтовых марках, путеводителях и сувенирах. В последние годы турпоток в город увеличился, а «Сосруко» все также остается в списке обязательных мест к посещению.
Присвоение охранного статуса - это один из способов сохранения подобных уникальных объектов.
