Переговоры по выкупу акций KASE начались в июне 2024 года, после того как Мосбиржа попала под санкции. Она владеет 13,1% KASE, среди других крупных акционеров Нацбанк РК (46,9%), Halyk Group (9,3%), «Коммеск-Омир» (7,6%).
🧮Сулейменовранее заявлял, что «в случае необходимости» Нацбанк за счет собственных средств выкупит у Мосбиржи ее пакет акции KASE. На конец июня он оценивался в 12 млрд тенге. За июль-август акции KASE прибавили почти 4%, но в настоящее время вернулись на июньский уровень.
Между тем экономисты рассчитали, что сделка могла пройти по цене в 2-3 раза меньше, если бы Нацбанк вовремя занялся этим вопросом и не дожидался санкций в отношении российской торговой площадки. @nb_kz
