Добротный каменный дом с колодцем и хозяйственными постройками стоял на развилке дорог Байдары-Биюк — Мускомья (Орлиное — Широкое). На рубеже ХIX — XX веков здесь, на 29 версте, у подножия Перовской горы располагалась казарма Министерства путей сообщения.

На ступеньках, ведущих в здание, есть интересная деталь — камень с арабской надписью, бывший, вероятно, частью татарского надгробного памятника.

Женщина, которая в последние годы жила в доме, умерла некоторое время назад, после чего дом и все строения вокруг него стремительно разрушаются. В стенах глубокие трещины, зияет пролом в подвал.
