До сих пор остается удивительным тот факт, что в русскоязычном пространстве почти отсутствует информация о Пьере Фошо — выдающемся дизайнере и одной из ключевых фигур французского искусства книги ХХ века. Данная лекция стала, по сути, первой серьезной попыткой вглядеться в него и в его работы. Всё, что попадалось мне до этого — лишь небольшие заметки в журналах и пара абзацев в интернете.
Безусловно, лекция не охватывает все аспекты феномена Фошо (оставляя пространство для дальнейшего изучения). Но это хорошая историческая справка и анализ его работ от одного из лучших русских типографов.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
