Сегодня в нашей стране стартовал любимый несколькими поколениями россиян праздник Масленица. Торжество продлится целую масленичную неделю, апофеозом праздника станет… как ни странно, сожжение главного мифического героя – Масленицы. Именно так символично россияне веками прощались с зимой.
Праздник сей всякий раз выпадает на разные даты, ибо привязан по времени к другому важнейшему событию – к Пасхе. Масленица начинается за 55 дней до Пасхи – сначала идет масленичная неделя, затем Великий пост, который длится 48 дней. В 2025 году Пасха приходится на 20 апреля.
Да, через неделю у православных начнется самый строгий пост, но зато сейчас можно уплетать румяные блинчики совершенно законно! Это блюдо напоминает Солнце. А наши предки почитали Солнце, как Бога, ведь оно давало жизнь всему на Земле. Празднуем - и помним свои корни!
